Eagleglen Golf Course is a Robert Trent Jones Jr. design on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, open to the general public as well as military members. The par-72 layout plays through birch and spruce woodland with wetland ponds, doglegs shaped by the treeline, and views toward the Chugach Mountains. Jones used raised, well-bunkered greens and gentle fairway movement rather than heavy earthmoving, so the course rewards straight driving and solid iron play. Long subarctic daylight allows evening rounds through midsummer, and wildlife sightings are routine. Facilities include a driving range, rentals, and a clubhouse, with the season running roughly from May into September.
