Designed by Donald Ross in 1926, Sedgefield has hosted the PGA Tour's Wyndham Championship since 2008 and previously the Greater Greensboro Open, won repeatedly by Sam Snead. Par 70 at about 7,100 yards, the course features rolling Piedmont terrain, small classic Ross greens and tree-lined corridors along a creek. It is a private club that opens to spectators during the annual PGA Tour event.
