Designed by Jack Nicklaus and opened in 1988, English Turn hosted the PGA Tour's New Orleans event from 1989 to 2004. Par 72 at about 7,100 yards, it sits inside a bend of the Mississippi River with expansive fairways, extensive water and Nicklaus's bold bunkering. Once strictly private, the club now operates as a semi-private facility offering limited outside access.
